Shipping Policy

Every 5 Alone Threads product is made to order. We currently ship to eligible United States addresses shown at checkout.
Production and delivery estimates
Most orders are produced within 2 to 5 business days. After production, domestic delivery typically takes an additional 2 to 5 business days. These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by the print provider, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or order volume.
Shipping charges and any free shipping threshold are displayed at checkout before payment. Tracking information is emailed when it becomes available. An order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.
Address changes, delays, and delivery problems
Please verify the shipping address before placing an order. Contact hello@5alonethreads.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Once production or shipment begins, an address change may not be possible. Additional production or shipping charges may apply when a package is returned because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or an order appears lost or damaged in transit, email hello@5alonethreads.com with the order number so we can investigate with the fulfillment provider or carrier.
