How long will my order take?
Products are made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, followed by an estimated 2–5 business days for delivery within the United States. Production and transit are separate stages. These estimates are not guarantees.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges and any applicable free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout. Review the final total before placing your order.
How do I choose my size?
Check the measurements and fit information on the product page. Compare those measurements with a similar garment you already own. Available sizes can vary by product and color, so choose both options before adding an item to your cart.
Can I return an item or exchange a size?
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size or color, or a change of mind.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, email hello@5alonethreads.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos.
After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. No return is needed unless we specifically request it. Approved refunds go to the original payment method.
Can I cancel or change my address?
Orders enter production quickly. Cancellations or address changes are not guaranteed after production begins. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need.
